Q1.) What is the asquared experience?
We encompass this experience as "The Complete Formula". We highly pride ourselves on maintaining a very high standard to each of our clients; walk through our doors and allow our team to cater for your needs, right through from us taking your coat to you admiring your new look in the mirror!
No matter your hair type or your age, our team of expertly trained hair stylists will help you find the style we believe will easily adapt into your lifestyle. The stylists will also help you to maintain the hair style between salon visits and talk you through how to gain the same results at home.

Q2.) Do I have to book an appointment before coming to asquared?
Our aim is to promptly deliver a thorough and enjoyable service from start to finish. We aim to minimise the time our clients spend unnecessarily waiting. To avoid Service unavailability we highly recommend you pre-book your appointment. This can either be done by coming to the salon or by telephone. You may also request a booking via email stating the following;
Note: Email bookings are only recommended for appointments at least 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment.
Q3.) Are there any discounts for students and OAP’s?
Yes, we have discount days on Mondays or Wednesdays for both students and OAP’s. Proof is required at purchase for students. (Note: Students and OAP’s will be required to produce valid i.e. NUS Card or LT Freedom Pass)
Q4.) Is there a charge for consultations?
In order to deliver the best possible service we offer complimentary consultations to find out a bit about you, your lifestyle and your hair. Note: This includes permanent colour patch test, strand tests etc.
Q5.) I haven't had a permanent colour in the past 6 months, can I have one straight away?
A minimum of 48 hours is required for any potential allergies or any potential reactions to occur. Therefore we only make provisional bookings until the results of the test(s) are confirmed.
Q6.) Can you ensure my experience will be completed for specific a time?
At asquared, although we're a friendly team we appreciate that our clients do not wish to stay in the salon longer than required. Therefore we assuredly aim to see to our clients swiftly and to complete in good time. Occasionally there are times, depending on several factors which can delay your appointment. However, the asquared team continuously seek to minimise these extended times as much as we can.
Q7.) Is there any additional information I haven't asked that I should know about?
As a new client, we would like to welcome you by giving you introductory 10% discount of your initial service.
If you are running late, it is vital you call the salon at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In addition, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a £5 penalty charge being applied.
For health and safety reasons, children under the age of seven are not permitted entry unless they are having services applied and accompanied by an adult. Check the asquared website regularly for any updates and concessions.
